What equipment do I need to have a good experience?
You need a PC or MAC computer desktop or laptop. You will need speakers to set the volume of the audio. If you have a microphone or webcam then you will be able to communicate with others online. The microphone allows you to talk to others and the webcam allows you to talk or see others online. Most modern laptops have everything built in that you will need. The sound from the webinar is very faint, what can I do?
You need to increase the volume on your speakers. The volume is controlled on your side. If your speakers do not have a volume knob then you can control the volume through your computer.
- Press the Windows logo key + S shortcut.
- Type 'audio' (without quotes) into the Search area. ...
- Select 'Manage audio devices' from the list of options.
- Select Speakers and click on the Properties button.
- Navigate to the Enhancements tab.
- Check the Loudness Equalizer option.
- Select Apply and OK.

It is the largest platform in the world with the most users (300 million+) When you are the largest vendor, you have a big target on your back and they have received some bad press, most which we as unwaranted. It is as secure or in most cases more secure than all the other live streaming platforms on the planet.
How do I join a session?
Each session has it's own unique Zoom link. When your session begins you can click on Join Online from the agenda.
I've had troubles using Zoom what can I do?
You should first and foremost make sure you have the latest version of Zoom by going to https://zoom.us/download and download the latest version of the software and allow it to install on your computer. (yes it is completely safe) Then after downloading the latest update, click here to run a Zoom "join test" to ensure you are set up
