About Me

Mr. Smith heads the Andrew Smith Law Group that provides mediation, conflict management, conflict system design, organizational conflict analysis, compliance, and arbitration services.  He served as president of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM).  He is an Accredited Professional Mediator (APM) with NJAPM.  He is an executive board member with the Justice Marie L. Garibaldi Inn of Court for Alternative Dispute Resolution and serves as a Director with the New Jersey State Bar Dispute Resolution Section.
