About Me

Richard H. (Rick) Steen is the founding member of Richard H. Steen, LLC,  Attorneys at Law, in Mercer County. His practice includes construction and complex commercial law and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). He has more than 30 years of experience as a mediator and arbitrator. Rick is a Past President of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the founding chair of the State Bar’s Dispute Resolution Section. Rick is an APM and is a member of the NJAPM Board of Directors.
